Do you think it is important for people to exercise every day.

【回答例】

I think it is important for people to exercise every day.
（毎日運動することは重要だと考えます）

I have two reasons.
（2つの理由があります）

First, exercise makes them healthy.
Without exercise, they often get sick or injured. 

Second, breakfast can be a good chance for people to communicate. 
For instance/example, they can share information at thebeginning of each day.

So it is important for people to exercise every day.
